Surfboard sinks temporarily

Huh. For some reason my old Surfboard connected to Charter decided to do this for a while:

With repeated reboots from the lights which tried to come on then reset. What? It's back now so I'm going to dismiss it as a temporary blip. If it comes back Charter direct from Broadband Reports looks like a great support resource.
